We accept all major credit cards through PayPal, Direct Deposit which can take 3-4 working days to process, Money Orders obtained from your local Post Office or Cash on Local Pick Up. Orders not paid within 5 days of placing your order will be cancelled.

In the unlikely event you are not 100% happy with your purchase, I am more than happy to refund. The item must be returned within 7 working days of purchase and the buyer will is required to cover the cost of return postage. If an item gets broken in the post, they can be glued together easily upon use, if it is broken beyond repair, please email me a picture and I will happily send a replacement.

We do combine postage and if you’re purchasing multiple items please send us an email so we may arrange this for you to keep the cost as low as possible.

We ensure all items are posted within 24 hours (usually sooner) of your payment clearing. All orders purchased Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be posted on the following Monday or the first working day after a Public Holiday.

Australia Post can take between 3 – 7 days to deliver articles within Australia, depending on the location. Delivery of International Post will vary depending on your location. In most cases express post is available if you’re needing your item more quickly just select that option at checkout.

For our own in-house marketing purposes your email address will be retained. You may receive occasional marketing emails from us and will always be given the option to opt-out. Your email and personal details are purely for our own use and will never be passed on to anyone else.
