DIY information;
All appliques are easy to apply. Selley’s Liquid Nails works well, just glue on and paint with acrylic paint. ‘How To Apply’ instructions are included with every order.
The appliques are made from weatherproof resin and can be used indoors or out, they are also flexible and can be applied to curved surfaces. The resin doesn’t bleed tannins like timber and are very strong compared to timber appliques. You can apply them to your front door or garden gate as well as you French Provincial or Shabby kitchen to get the right look.
Due to the nature of the resin used the appliques may contain small air bubbles on the back. They can be filled with a dab of glue or a wood putty (if needed). Once glued onto the surface there will be no visible sign of air bubbles.
